The 2026/27 UEFA Conference League league phase runs on Thursdays from 15 October to 17 December 2026. The knockout rounds run from February to May 2027, and the final is at Beşiktaş Stadium in Istanbul on Wednesday 2 June 2027. Most matches kick off at 18:45 or 21:00 Central European time, which is 17:45 or 20:00 in the UK.

To watch, you need the official rights holder where you live:

  • UK: TNT Sports
  • US: Paramount+ or TUDN
  • Germany: Sky and RTL
  • Spain: Movistar Plus+
  • France: Canal+
  • Italy: Sky
  • Turkey: TRT

If a legal IPTV provider you subscribe to gives you those channels as an M3U or Xtream Codes playlist, Stream Master plays them on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.

We will update this guide through the season as draws are made and details are confirmed. Last checked on 21 October 2026, with Matchday 2 coming up on Thursday 22 October.

How the 2026/27 format works

The league phase has 36 clubs in a single table. Each club plays six matches against six different opponents, three at home and three away.

The draw was held in Monaco on 28 August 2026. Clubs were split into six pots of six, and each club drew one opponent from every pot. Clubs from the same country could not be drawn together.

After Matchday 6, the table decides what happens next:

  • 1st to 8th go straight into the round of 16.
  • 9th to 24th enter the two-legged knockout phase play-offs.
  • 25th to 36th are eliminated.

In 2025/26, UEFA drew the seeded play-off pairs (9/10, 11/12, 13/14, 15/16) against unseeded pairs. For example, 9th or 10th met 23rd or 24th. UEFA has not yet published the 2026/27 play-off draw details, so expect a similar structure but check nearer the time.

The round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals are all two-legged. The final is a single match at a neutral venue.

The field includes these clubs, among others:

  • Atalanta, Italy’s only club in the competition
  • Ajax, Monaco, Freiburg, Braga and Copenhagen
  • Brighton, Crvena Zvezda (Red Star Belgrade) and Panathinaikos
  • Getafe, Twente, Hearts, Trabzonspor and Hajduk Split

Matchday 1 produced an early surprise when Hajduk Split beat Ajax 2-1. Egnatia drew 1-1 with Midtjylland.

Kick-off times in the UK, Europe, Turkey and the US

UEFA lists league-phase matches at 21:00 unless stated otherwise, with an earlier slot at 18:45. UEFA labels these times “CET” all season, but they are Central European local time. In October, and again from late March, that means summer time (CEST).

A few matches in Kazakhstan start at 16:30:

  • Kairat Almaty v Panathinaikos on Matchday 2
  • Kairat v Mjällby on Matchday 4

Europe and the US change their clocks on different dates, and Turkey does not change them at all. That means the conversions shift during the season. The tables below are our own conversions using the standard time-zone database. The knockout rows assume UEFA keeps the usual 18:45 and 21:00 slots, so check each round’s fixtures.

Thursday 18 March 2027 (round of 16 second legs)

The US moves to summer time on 14 March, but Europe waits until 28 March. For this one week, US kick-offs are an hour later than usual.

From the quarter-finals on 8 April 2027

Europe and the US are both on summer time again, so the 22 October times apply. A 21:00 CEST kick-off is 20:00 in the UK, 22:00 in Turkey, 15:00 Eastern and 12:00 Pacific. The final’s kick-off time is still unconfirmed.

Turkey stays on UTC+3 all year. That is why Turkish kick-offs move from 22:00 to 23:00 once Europe’s clocks go back on 25 October.

Following the Conference League in Stream Master

Stream Master is a player. It does not include channels, subscriptions or any content. It plays the M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login that comes with a legal IPTV provider you already pay for. If that provider carries the official broadcaster’s channels in your country, this is how to get the most out of Thursday nights.

1. Add your provider’s playlist

  1. Open the Playlists tab and tap +.
  2. Choose Link m3u and enter a Playlist Title and Playlist URL. Or choose Xtream Login and enter the title, Xtream Username, Xtream Password and Xtream Portal URL. Apple TV offers the same two options.
  3. Wait while the app checks the connection, verifies your credentials and loads categories and channels.
  4. Review the summary, which shows how many Live TV, Movies and Series items loaded, plus your account status and expiry date. It is worth checking the expiry date before the knockout rounds.
  5. Open Live TV, find your provider’s sports category or use search, and add the broadcaster’s channels to Favorites. The free plan allows one playlist and up to five favorites.

2. Plan matchdays with the TV guide and reminders

The TV guide comes from Xtream Codes providers only. Plain M3U playlists do not get a guide, and the app cannot load an XMLTV URL.

With an Xtream playlist, open a Live TV category and tap the grid button in the toolbar. You get a channel column and a 24-hour timeline, scrolled to the current time, with the live program highlighted. Tap the bell on a future program to set a reminder, and the notification arrives at the program’s start time. Your reminders also appear under “Upcoming Reminders” on the Home screen on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. The Smart EPG feature page covers the guide in more detail.

3. Catch up on a match you missed the start of

On iPhone and iPad, catch-up works with Xtream playlists on channels your provider archives. In the EPG grid, past programs you can replay have a light-green background and a green rewind icon. Tap one to watch it from the start. If a program falls outside the provider’s archive window, it simply plays live instead.

4. Watch the 18:45 and 21:00 games side by side

When several matches share a kick-off slot, Multi-View shows up to four streams at once.

  • iPhone and iPad (Pro): tap the 2x2 grid button in the player, or long-press a channel and choose “Open in Multi-View”. Use “Add Screen” to fill the tiles.
  • Apple TV (included, no Pro needed): choose “Open MultiView” from a channel’s detail screen.

Only one tile plays sound at a time. On iPhone and iPad, tap a tile to give it the sound; a green border marks the active tile. On Apple TV, focusing a tile switches the sound. Four streams use a lot of data, so check your connection first. See Multi-View for the full controls.

5. Put the match on your TV

On iPhone and iPad, AirPlay and Chromecast are Pro features.

  • AirPlay: tap the AirPlay button in the player and pick your Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV.
  • Chromecast: tap the Cast button in the player and pick your Chromecast or Google Cast device. The current stream loads on the TV.

If you switch channels on your phone while casting, the TV keeps showing the original match. Tap “Play on TV” when you want to send the new channel. Our guide to casting with AirPlay and Chromecast walks through both.

Watching on Apple TV

The Apple TV app has the same tabs and playlist options as on iPhone, along with favorites, reminders, Multi-View and parental control. It does not have catch-up, casting or recording.

With Pro, iCloud Sync keeps your playlists, favorites and watch history in sync across devices on the same Apple ID. Set up your match channels once on iPhone and they appear on Apple TV too.

If a stream drops mid-match

If a channel fails, an error card appears with three options:

  • Retry the same stream
  • Switch to an alternative quality of the same channel, if your playlist has one
  • Jump to the next channel

On iPhone and iPad, Picture-in-Picture (free) keeps a match in a corner of the screen while you use other apps. It works with streams that use Apple’s player, such as HLS, but not with MKV or raw TS streams.
