Stream Master is a player: it does not sell or provide channels. Channels, logins and the TV guide come from your own provider.
Common questions
How do I add a playlist?
Open the Playlists tab, tap "+" and choose "Link m3u" (a playlist URL) or "Xtream Login" (username, password and portal URL from your provider). Apple TV offers the same two options.
A channel won't play. What can I do?
Tap Retry on the error card, or pick another quality of the same channel if one is offered. If no channel plays, check that your provider subscription is active. Many providers allow one connection at a time: close the stream on your other devices and try again.
Chromecast or AirPlay disconnects, or only sound reaches the TV
With a one-connection account the TV can be refused at first; the app waits and tries again for you. Some provider streams can't be sent to Chromecast at all. If only sound reaches an AirPlay device, that channel's stream can't be sent as video over AirPlay: use Chromecast or Screen Mirroring for it.
I bought Pro but it isn't active
Open the Upgrade to Premium screen and tap Restore Purchase, signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Apple TV on the same Apple ID.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Monthly and yearly plans are Apple subscriptions: manage or cancel them in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on any Apple device. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase.
Why is there no TV guide?
The TV guide comes from Xtream Codes providers. Plain M3U playlists don't include one, and the app can't load a separate XMLTV link.
My playlists don't show up on Apple TV
iCloud Sync (Pro) copies playlists, favorites and history between devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Xtream passwords are never stored in iCloud, so Apple TV asks for the password once.
