Stream Master Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

Stream Master is licensed to You (End-User) by Stream Master Pro (hereinafter: Licensor), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. By downloading the Application from the Apple AppStore, and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, and that You accept this License Agreement.

2. License

The Application is licensed, not sold, to You for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. Stream Master Pro is to be used on devices that operate with Apple's operating systems ("iOS" and "Mac OS").

3. Scope of License

This license granted to You for Stream Master by Licensor is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Application on any iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch that You own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in Section 5 of the App Store Terms of Service.

4. Subscriptions & Usage Limits

Stream Master operates on a "Freemium" model.

4.1. Free Version

  • Limited to 1 Playlist
  • Limited to 5 Favorite Channels
  • Contains Advertisements
  • No access to Premium features (Multi-View, Recording, etc.)

4.2. Premium Subscription

  • Unlimited Playlists & Favorites
  • Ad-Free Experience
  • Full access to all Premium features (Recording, Multi-View, Cloud Sync, etc.)
  • Subscriptions are auto-renewable and charged to your iTunes Account.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings after purchase.

5. Technical Requirements

The Application requires a firmware version iOS 15.0 or higher. The Licensor recommends using the latest version of iOS.

5. Maintenance and Support

The Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for this licensed Application. You can reach the Licensor's support team at [email protected].

6. Apple's Standard EULA

This application is subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). For more details, please visit:

7. User Content and Responsibilities

By using Stream Master, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding content and responsibilities:

7.1. User-Added Content

  • You are solely responsible for any playlists or links you add to the application
  • You must ensure you have the legal rights to access and use any content you add
  • Stream Master does not verify, monitor, or distribute any user-added content
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Stream Master harmless from any claims arising from content you add

7.2. Default Playlist

Stream Master includes a default playlist sourced from the IPTV-Org GitHub repository. You acknowledge that:

  • The default playlist contains user-submitted links to publicly available video streams
  • Neither Stream Master nor the source repository hosts any video files
  • All links are presumed to have been made public by their respective copyright holders
  • Stream Master reserves the right to modify or remove any content from the default playlist
  • Copyright holders may request removal of their content by contacting the repository maintainers

7.3. Legal Disclaimer

Stream Master does not claim ownership of any content accessed through the application. Users must comply with all applicable laws and respect intellectual property rights when using the application. Any unauthorized use of copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.
