Welcome to Stream Master's Privacy Policy. We value your privacy and are committed to transparency about our practices. This policy explains how we manage user data, including the use of third-party SDKs and App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

2. Information Collection

Stream Master itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or user data. The application operates locally on your device without requiring user data collection.

3. Third-Party SDKs and Data Collection

Stream Master integrates the Facebook Analytics SDK to analyze app usage and improve app performance. The Facebook SDK may collect device identifiers, usage data, and other diagnostic information according to its own privacy policies.

  • The data collected by the Facebook SDK may be used for analytics and advertising purposes.
  • Stream Master does not access, store, or use this data directly.

4. Cloud Sync & iCloud

Stream Master uses Apple's iCloud services to synchronize your playlists, favorites, and settings across your devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV).

  • **Private Storage**: Your data is stored in your personal iCloud container. We (the developers) do not have access to this data.
  • **Security**: All data synced via iCloud is encrypted by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
  • **Control**: You can disable iCloud sync for Stream Master at any time in your device settings.

5. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

To comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, Stream Master requests user permission to track through the ATT prompt at app launch.

This is required due to the integration of third-party SDKs like the Facebook Analytics SDK. Stream Master itself does not perform tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies.

7. Maintenance & Updates

Aside from the data collection by third-party SDKs, our app operates locally on your device and:

  • Does not require account creation
  • Does not track in-app usage through its own systems
  • Does not store or transmit any personal data outside of SDKs

6. Third-Party Services

While our app allows users to access streaming services they choose, Stream Master does not collect, transmit, or store login credentials or usage data related to these services. All interactions happen directly between your device and the respective service providers.

7. User Responsibility for Added Content

Stream Master enables users to add their own playlists and links. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to access and use any added content. We do not verify, monitor, or distribute user-added content.

8. Default Playlist Information

Stream Master includes a default playlist sourced from the IPTV-Org GitHub repository. The playlist:

  • Consists of user-submitted links to publicly available video streams
  • Is not hosted by Stream Master or the repository maintainers
  • Contains links assumed to have been made public by their respective copyright holders

Legal Notice: "No video files are stored in this repository. The repository simply contains user-submitted links to publicly available video stream URLs, which to the best of our knowledge have been intentionally made public by the copyright holders."
